A recap of #MAGLondon

March 8th 2015 | Significance

London

Following the release of our first print issue in November, #MAGLondon was a chance for many of our readers to connect with MAGNIFY in the real world and share what significance means to them as twenty-first century women. In a hectic metropolitan city, our spring event was a rare chance to reflect on faith as it really exists in everyday life.

The evening was a mix of live music, deeply honest interviews and the meeting of intelligent minds. The sell-out event saw our founder and editor  Ruth host a lively and eye-opening panel discussion with Angela Buttolph, Editor at Large of Grazia; Grace Christie, a Leadership Development Coach and Dr Zaneta Forson-Dare, a doctor of medicine. The women related real life experiences of trying to own their significance in a world where everyone else seems like the priority.

Guests were treated to the soulful vocals of Leah McFall of The Voice as she performed to our 200 guests. Music lovers did not leave disappointed as alternative guitarist and songwriter Rocky Nti also graced the stage.

Check out the album here on our Facebook Page.
